Copy-pasting data

Custom systems and automation
I’m Filip Majewski. I map your process, build the solution with the help of AI, and stay on after launch. Fixed price, fixed scope, and you own everything.
No strings attached. After the call you get a first process map and a price range.

The most expensive process in a company is often the one nobody has measured. Do you recognise any of these?
Someone moves orders, invoices or requests between systems by hand. Every week, for hours.
Key data lives in files. Versions multiply, and mistakes surface only when a customer notices.
Shop, CRM, accounting and stock run separately. A person and goodwill hold them together.
You pay for a big platform and use 20% of it, while the one feature you need is missing.
Ready-made software does most of the work. I build what’s missing and connect everything together. Here’s an honest comparison.
| Off-the-shelf (SaaS) | Software agency | Me | Do it yourself | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | Low, but you pay monthly | Typically from about €5,000 | From €1,500 | Only your time |
| Time to first result | Days, but rollout takes longer | Months | Weeks | Depends on you |
| Fit to your process | You adapt to it | High | High | Varies |
| Code and data | With the vendor | Depends on the contract | With you | With you |
| Who maintains it | The vendor | A team (expensive) | Me, under a separate agreement | You |
Typical solutions, delivery time and an indicative price. You get an exact quote after the audit.
An order comes in once, and the data flows to stock, invoicing and the customer notification.
Each lead reaches the right person with complete data, and reminders stop it from slipping away.
Accounting, CRM, e-commerce and email exchange data. A dashboard shows what works and what needs attention.
An app built for your process instead of a spreadsheet or an oversized platform. Version 1 at a fixed scope.
Prices are indicative and depend on scope. You pay for tools, hosting and API usage (e.g. AI) in your own accounts, with no markup from me.
Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

Step 3 · After launch
I keep the system running and, over time, grow it with your business.

All prices exclude VAT. Payment is usually 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
Book a 20-minute call20 minutes. I listen to how your company works and tell you honestly whether I can help.
I map the processes, work out what manual work costs, and propose a plan with a quote.
I build in short stages and show you a working version after each one.
We test together on real data. You receive documentation and all access.
If you want, I stay on to monitor and develop the system.
AI speeds up my coding and testing, which is why I can deliver faster and for less. I’m accountable for quality: I review and test every piece. Your customers’ data doesn’t go into tools without your consent, and where a mistake is costly, a person has the final say.
[TO FILL IN] Full case studies will appear here, each in the same format: the problem in numbers, the solution, a measured result, and what didn’t work.

TO FILL IN
I’m Filip Majewski. Day to day I work on CRM systems, so I know what a company looks like from the sales, customer service and data side.
I don’t sell technology for its own sake. I start by asking what this process costs you today, and only then choose tools. Thanks to AI, I can build it faster and for less than a traditional software house.
A custom tool has one maintainer. That’s why I set things up from day one so you aren’t dependent on me.
After payment I transfer the rights to the code to you (scope set out in the contract). Repository, hosting and domains are created in your accounts.
We sign a data processing agreement. I keep permissions to a minimum and list the tool vendors in the contract.
You get a description, a diagram and an emergency guide. I train your team, and a new developer can pick up the project without guesswork.
With access in your own accounts and documentation, the system keeps running and can be handed to someone else. I don’t keep anything “on my side”.
An audit starts from €450, a single-process build from €1,500, integrations from €3,200, and an application from €5,500 (excl. VAT). You get a fixed price after the audit, before work begins.
One process is usually 1–2 weeks, several integrated systems 3–6 weeks, an application 4–10 weeks. I give deadlines in the quote, not as a rough guess.
Yes. After payment I transfer the rights to the code (the scope is set out in the contract), and I set up the repository and hosting in your accounts. It’s worth having your own lawyer check the legal details.
We sign a data processing agreement. I limit access to data to what’s needed and list the tools that process it, including AI tools.
You get 30 days of support included. After that you can buy ongoing support (monitoring, fixes, development), or take the system over yourself or with another developer. I leave documentation, so that’s realistic.
AI speeds up my work but doesn’t replace review. I read every piece of code, test it on real data and build in error handling. Where a mistake is costly, the system stops and asks a person.
You work directly with me, with no layers in between, so decisions are faster and the cost is lower. For larger, multi-person projects an agency may be the better fit, and I’ll tell you so.
When it does what you need without big workarounds. Then I’ll recommend it and won’t propose building anything.
Most popular business programs. On the call I check what can be connected and tell you plainly if it can’t be done or isn’t worth it.
Yes, with companies across Poland and abroad. Meetings are online, or in person on request.
A few sentences are enough. I’ll reply and suggest a time for a 20-minute call.
